Paloma & Rafael

We wrapped ourselves in a romantic Christmas story at Paloma and Rafael’s wedding in the beautiful city of Antequera. A wedding where velvet, plaid, and delicate Christmas decorations adorned the venue.

The day began with an emotional ceremony at the Church of Santa María de Jesús. After this, the guests moved to the romantic Hotel Convento de la Magdalena for the party and celebrations.

The wedding was in December, and we had the unexpected addition of a sunny and very pleasant day that allowed us to celebrate with cocktails in the beautiful courtyard of the entrance to the Hotel.

More than 300 guests were able to taste a delicious and wintery themed menu. As a main dish, a soupy rice of peeled lobster which gave the guest a culinary treat never to be forgotten.

After lunch, the endless party began under a huge tent of lights that provided a unique atmosphere.

The fantastic group ‘Hermanos Domínguez’ gave the party a flamenco touch and then the guys from ‘My Sound’ continued with the incredible ‘Eduardo Walls’ on violin.

The finest detail that made us fall in love with this particular wedding: the bride was dressed in her mother’s and grandmother’s wedding dress, which had been adapted by the great designer María Molina.
